Thank you Tim. Unfortunately, your first points regarding bad faith on the right make irrelevant what we on the left say and believe no matter how logical and moral it may be. The reality-based world in which we live puts us at a disadvantage when trying to overcome the zero-sum politics and tactics of those who have embraced (in bad faith), an alternative reality to achieve their own ends. I continue to believe this is the biggest obstacle we have to ending these disparities and I'm not sure how we overcome it.
